How to get your logs
- In the game, open Settings, Path Tracing, Advanced and press Package logs for a bug report. You can also type
.vspt reportin chat, which works on a black screen too. - A folder opens with the
vspt-report-….zipselected. Drop it on this page, or attach it with Attach report. - If the game won't start, zip the
Logsfolder in%appdata%\VintagestoryDataand attach that instead.
What is kept, and who sees it
This site keeps your messages, the assistant's replies and any zip you attach until the developer deletes them, so that problems can be followed up. They are also sent to Anthropic's API, which runs the assistant (Claude). A report zip holds your game's logs and settings with your Windows user name removed, but your in-game player name can appear in it. Don't paste passwords or anything else private.
